These cute, delicious looking lollipops are not meant to be eaten because I made them out of baby washcloths:) You can see the steps of making them in the pictures. After I rolled them jelly roll style, I wrapped them in small bags and tied with curling ribbons and adorned them with cute, little, colorful pom poms.
